Boiler tube sheet and tube welding are all made of French imported tube plate TIG automatic welding machine. The line energy is accurate and uniform, and no defects such as unfused, incomplete penetration, pores, slag inclusion and cracks are formed. The surface of fillet weld is well formed and minimized. The weld stress is an important process component to prevent cracks in the tube sheet and prolongs the service life of the boiler.
